Returns & Exchanges
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (with packaging and tags).
Return requests must be made within 25 days of delivery.
Customers cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love every purchase from Gabi Plus. If for any reason it isn’t quite right, you may return or exchange your item within 25 days of delivery. The items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
